Remote shows slight wear on the silver paint and typical wear. Power cord included but no manuals unfortunately, but they can be easily downloaded online. Marantz SR6012 9.2 Receiver 4K Dolby Atmos w/box + Aircom T10 Component Cooler Included are the Marantz SR6012 9.2 AV / audio receiver as well as the ACInfinity Aircom T10 component cooling system.  If you look at the last picture youll see the Aircom T10 fits perfectly atop the receiver, almost as if it were built for it. These come from the home of an audiophile who took great care of his equipment. They look absolutely great with minimal shelfwear and work perfectly. The Marantz still has the original box & accessories it came with including remote control, sound calibration microphone (never used), microphone stand (never used), antennas and quick start guide (full manual is available online). Im also adding a set of cables used to connect the receiver to the rest of the home theater (which were not originally included). The receiver will be packed up in its original box / packaging, and then placed in a larger box for extra protection.  I will be sent either UPS or Fedex.  the Component Cooler (which doesnt have the original box) will be sent separately.
