What I can tell you: - it powers on with a click. - one of the meters lights up and one doesnt. - it gets warm, not hot, just warm. - some of the screws that hold the outer shell in place are missing. - the fuse holder seems loose. - there are no feet. - its missing the face plate for the front controls.
