The main unit is generally in good condition, but unfortunately, there is peeling damage on the front of the cassette holder for Deck A (for playback only). Please check the images for details on the damaged area. Playback on Deck A and recording/playback on Deck B work without issues. The item is categorized as junk because the fast-forward function often fails and stops unexpectedly. The reason for this is unclear, as it was previously functioning normally. In cases where fast-forwarding does not work after changing cassettes, using the reverse side allows for normal fast-forwarding and rewinding. The unit comes with a remote control and two RCA cables. Additionally, two used cassette tapes are included for immediate testing and use. The remote control is from a different Marantz model but works normally.
