Wegen der aktuellen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen weise ich darauf hin, dass der Verkauf unter Ausschluss jeglicher Sachmängelhaftung, Gewährleistung, Garantie oder Rücknahme erfolgt. Da es sich um einen Privatverkauf handelt, kann ich selbst keine Garantie nach neuem EU-Recht übernehmen. Der Käufer erklärt sich damit einverstanden, gegenüber mir auf Garantie, Rücknahme, Minderungen sowie Nachverhandlungen ausdrücklich zu verzichten (§ 312 d. Abs.4 Nr. 5 BGB) und erkennt dies mit seinem Kauf an! Ich habe für den Verkauf alle an Deutschland angrenzende Staaten der EU freigeschaltet, weise aber nochmals ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass die Geräte selbst abgeholt werden müssen.
