This receiver got cleaned inside and outside.The receiver got fully recapped except AM receiver. All the lights got replaced with LED's.Vellum paper got replaced.Audio adjustment performed after recap in accordance with service manual.All the potentiometers and switches got cleaned with D5 deoxit.The face plate and body has minor scratches and dents. It is working without any problem.The item kept running 24 hours for testing. The item has minimum wear and tear. READ!! Literal barn find estate. The storage location had a large number of cats and critters, and as such the items stored there had some soiling and urine inside their storage boxes and containers (often original factory boxes) and a residual ammonia odor remains (I estimate this unit to be on the medium-strong side in my subjective smell test). They have been airing out for a couple weeks, but otherwise odor removal has not been attempted. This unit has been serviced/tested by local shop. The unit has some signs of rust around the edges (front right) that may not show up well in the photos. The bottom of the unit appears fairly clean. Attached AM antenna has what appears to be broken wires (see pic). Some faint AM signal, which seems similar to when connected to external antenna. FM seemed to work fine. Es wird der Marantz Receiver Model 2220 in einem guten gebrauchten Zustand angeboten. Ich verkaufe den Receiver im Auftrag meines Vaters, den ich in den letzten Monaten probegespielt habe. Der Receiver funktioniert einwandfrei. Dieser wurde 2015 von einem HiFi Händler überprüft (s.Photo). Da dieser sehr schwer ist, würde ich den Receiver gerne an Selbstabholer richten. Marantz 2220B stereo receiver. Classic silver face model with blue-light analog tuning dial. Used but still plays and sounds good. Only flaw I can find in operation is that a few of the lights are out and I cant get it to tune in stereo.

Original owner of this 2220B Marantz Receiver; 20 watts RMS per channel. Just recently, all dial lamps have been upgraded to LED type and the unit is flawless, fully operational all functions ... AM, FM stereo, Phono, tape 1 Mon, tape 2 & Aux. The volume, balance & all tone controls have smooth operation with no static and the Gyro-touch tuning is just as smooth as new. Also included is the original owners manual & all paperwork that came with the unit when new.
