I believe this issue is caused by something in the pre amplifier circuit as there are no shorts on the output transistors and the issue persists via headphones even when the power to the power amp section is completely disconnected. There is also a relay missing in the pre amp section that has been bridged (see pictures). The power cable has been replaced and the internal transformer power cables have been worked on as well. Both connectors still output the correct voltages. Is rated at 100 Watts per channel into 8 ohms with a total of 200 Watts. Sold as is for parts or repairs.
