Hallo, Dies ist ein Marantz Modell 2238BL aus den 1970er-1980er Jahren. Dieser Receiver wurde innen und außen gereinigt. Der Receiver wurde mit Ausnahme der Radioplatine neu gekapselt. Alle Lichter wurden durch LEDs ersetzt. Neues Stereolicht installiert. Pergamentpapier wurde ersetzt. Vorspannung, Stromversorgung und Offsetspannungen wurden nach der Neukapselung gemäß Servicehandbuch eingestellt. Alle Potentiometer und Schalter wurden mit D5-Desoxid gereinigt. Der Receiver wurde 24 Stunden lang ununterbrochen getestet. Er funktioniert problemlos. Eine zusätzliche Beschreibung finden Sie in den Bildern. Bei Fragen stehen wir Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung. All the lights got replaced with LED's. New stereo light installed. Vellum paper got replaced. Bias voltage, Power Supply and offset voltages adjusted after recap in accordance with service manual. All the potentiometers and switches got cleaned with D5 deoxit. The receiver was tested for 24 hours continuously. It is working without any problem. Liebe Hifi- Freunde zum Verkauf steht der MARANTZ Model 2238 B ; Stereophonic RECEIVER Der Marantz Model 2238 B wurde zwischen 1777 und 1980 in Japan gebaut und lag bei einem Anschaffungspreis von ca. 1300 DM. 1977 wurden die Fronten neu gestaltet, die bei den Vorgängern schwarz unterlegten Skalen, wurden nun silber.Sein blaues Licht/ Leuchten behielt er aber, welches dem Gerät sein klassisches und modernes Aussehen verleihen.Sein zeitloses Design und seine robuste, langlebige Bauweise zeichnen sich auch nach über 40 Jahren aus.Das B steht übrigens nicht für Black wie häufig angenommen, sondern für die zweite Serie, jedes Modell mit einem B am Ende hat einen Vorgänger gleichen Namens. Der 2238 B leistet zweimal 72 Watt sinus an 4 Ohm nach DIN und kann sich durchaus sehen und hören lassen. Schwachpunkt bei diesen Modellen sind übrigens die Schaltbuchsen für Pre Out und Main In an der Rückwand, die ohne Verbinder oder Schalter auskommen sollten. Wenn ein Kanal manchmal aussetzt, kann das durchaus daran liegen. Abhilfe kann man leicht durch das Einstecken von zwei Verbindungsbügeln schaffen.Klanglich hat mich dieser hier absolut überzeugt und er ist sehr warm und voluminös anzuhören. Zustand: gereinigter, gepflegter und auf Funktion geprüft. Das Gerät funktioniert.Auch äußerlich in einem sehr guten Stand. Here is an amazing and beautiful Vintage 1962 Marantz Model 8B Stereo Tube Amplifier w/ Amperex Bugleboy EL34s. Serial # 8-5185. Missing the tube cage as shown. This spectacular piece comes from the original owner and it has seen very little use. There are literally no scratches, dings or dents. Near perfect finish as shown. This has sat in an enclosed rack for decades unused. I brought it up slowly on my variac and it sounds amazing. It comes with a matched quad of 1960 Amperex Bugleboy EL34 brown base DD getter tubes as well as NOS Amperex 6CG7s and 6BH6s. All tubes were tested to be strong and matched on my calibrated Hickok TV-7. It comes with all of its original paperwork with matching serial #s. Also the speaker 2 switch gets stuck. Cosmetically its in pretty good shape but see pics for yourself. Balance control knob is not original and its missing one of the rear AC outlets. Sold as-is for either parts / repair or use it for streaming without the tuner.
