Marantz 2238B stereo receiver. Classic silver face model with gyro-touch tuning. Used - plays but needs work. Source thru AUX plays and sounds great. Tuner section plays but has a lot of static. Also the speaker 2 switch gets stuck. Cosmetically its in pretty good shape but see pics for yourself. Balance control knob is not original and its missing one of the rear AC outlets. Sold as-is for either parts / repair or use it for streaming without the tuner.

Keine Strgerusche der Knpfe. Der Tunerempfang funktioniert. Auch die Beleuchtung funktioniert. Der Receiver hat einen tollen warmen Klang und eine tolle Haptik und Optik mit seinem Metallknpfen. Er ist innen und auen sauber, kein Rauchergert. Riecht aber etwas nach Elektronik, was blich ist fr Gerte in diesem Alter. And then the next coolest picture is the model 9 70 watt amp also tube components. Has wear tear and small crease here and there. Minor little or wear tear stains from storage. The reason I say that this catalog is from the late 60s is because Marantz stopped producing the SLT 12 early early 70s. In 1963 Marantz was still a fairly small company based in New York. In 1964, Superscope purchased company and the catalog issued with new logo see back page. The catalog contains price information and really cool pictures of componentry. I will say that the first page has a huge crease and that is not fixable. Catalog 5-170. Ships parcel post USPS.
