A pre-main amplifier that adopts the design of separate amplifier SC-6 and SM-6. Pure A-class 30W + 30W with full push-pull DC configuration for all stages. The power is high in freshness and does not cause switching distortion in principle. In addition, it can be changed to AB class 120W/ch with a press of a button This is a Japanese unit that has only been used in the US with a 120v to 100v  step down transformer. Unit was working great for year when it suddenly stopped making sound. Not sure what the issue is. Given that it powers on but does not make sound it is being sold as is for parts.

Marantz Esotec Top Cover Lid PM5 PM6. This cover was removed from a PM-6.The cover had been repainted in a brown color. It will need to be repainted to look like the original. Otherwise in very good condition.
