I took the cover off and put a CD in that way, it attempted to spin but never built up enough speed and stopped after a few seconds. You can hear the motor trying to spin but it doesnt. Everything looks to be in good shape with no obvious signs of an issue. Not sure if its an electrical issue or problem with the motor itself or something else.
