I noticed that it took approximately at least a full 30 seconds for a Blu-ray movie to load and be ready to play while a regular DVD took only a few seconds. I do not know if that is normal. Please take notice that no remote control is included. I was able to operate the unit using the buttons on the machine, and observed it to be working fine. The power cord is a random replacement. Shipping: We pack / ship daily. However, our local post office is closed on Saturdays. So, “next business day” shipping can mean that if you order something on a Friday; there is a chance we may not ship it until Monday.
