Offered for sale is a very nice and relatively clean Marantz SR 7010 9.2 channel 4K Atmos AV Surround Receiver with the Safe Mode On. Basically the unit powers on for a few seconds and then goes into protective mode and auto turns off. I am therefore selling this AS-IS AND AS YOU SEE IT WITH NO RETURNS. The unit will therefore need to be serviced to make it fully operational. Once again I I’ll accept no returns owing to the high cost of shipping and am therefore offering this for parts and/or restoration. I have taken detailed photos in order that you can assess what you are getting. What you see in the photos is what you get I.e. amp only with no antenna, no remote and no power cord etc. Overall a wry nice looking amp with a mark on one of the side panels and some scratches on the back of the unit and a couple on top. Used mostly as a preamp so the 9 built in amplifiers have very low hours and only to drive height speakers .. never pushed anywhere close to its limits.. .. it also has the $200 Auro-3D upgrade ( my favorite upmixer)... Works great..The only issue is the HDMI monitor 1 (arc) doesnt work.. .which never was a problem for me being I use media players and a 4k Blu-ray player which in my opinion is far better than apps on a tv.. and of course there are many different splitters on Amazon.. All the GUI displays are vivid/ bright.. this has spent a year in my closet ..comes from a smoke and cat free environment .. includes calibration mic, remote, A.M. antenna and original box..please note that this has 9 built in amplifiers .. to get 11 channels you will need a two channel external amplifier but, it is not needed to get a bottom layer of 5 speakers and 4 height speakers which is a vast improvement over a single pair of top speakers.. also please note that I have this listed on other platforms so it may be pulled .. lExperience immersive sound with the Marantz SR7010 AV Receiver. Der Marantz SR7010 ist ein High-End AV-Receiver in elegantem Schwarz. Mit seinen 9.2 Kanlen liefert er ein beeindruckendes Klangerlebnis und untersttzt modernste Technologien wie Atmos und DSX. Der Verstrker ist gebraucht und aus einem Nichtraucherhaushalt. Es gibt einen Defekt: am Lautsprecherausgang FL kommt kein Signal. Da ich fr fast alle Kanle separate Endstufen nutze, ist mir das gar nicht aufgefallen, erst bei der Prfung vor dem Verkauf fiel das auf. Alles andere funktioniert tadellos. Also entweder reparieren lassen oder wie ich extra Endstufen nutzen (klingt eh besser). Versand mache ich nur ungern, da ich den Original Versandkarton nicht mehr besitze. I recently upgraded to the top of the line sr8015 and no longer need this unit. This unit had its HDMI board replaced and has been fully tested. I used the unit in my gym for a week just to be absolutely sure that it has no issues. The sr7010 has the same power handling and can do all of atmos processing that the newer units can do and even has wide channel support that was removed from the newer sr701x receivers so that it could be selling point for the much more expensive sr801x line. This unit has 9 channels of amplification that can drive up to 125w/ch to support up to 7.2.2 or 5.2.4 atmos. With an inexpensive external stereo amplifier it can support 7.2.4 or 9.2.2 theaters. I am including the remote, setup microphone, wifi/bluetooth antennas, and power cord in the listing. The Audyssey setup process using the microphone helps setup speakers quickly and easily on this unit. Cosmetic details: This unit is in very good condition. The top cover has a couple of scratches and a small dent in the left rear that is not noticeable from the front and a very very slight ding on the top edge of the left front wing panel along with some light scratches on the top of the front panel (which are hard to notice unless focusing on them from just the right angle). I always try my best to fully disclose them in pictures, this one has just a couple of minor scrapes on the top case. I take very good care of my theater equipment. I go through a lot of receivers as part of my theater addiction and I also have a technician degree so I sometimes buy receivers for repair when I see the right opportunity.
