I did crack the chassis all screws that were taken out or included for that unit. One unit has its original box and remotes and power cable One unit will ship in a receiver box perfectly padded with original remote and power cable The units with the open chassis the problem was the network card was not functioning. No Wi-Fi. Hardlineconnection work. The volume knob did not function however when controlling volume with the remote, it worked fine. Tested all HDMI inputs and amp section worked completely fine The unit that is intact has a power supply issue. It will turn on then turn off rapidly then turn back on hold stable for three seconds then power back off units probably took a surge.
