These speakers look as good as they sound with new “X” grade crossover capacitors selected for optimal performance at Magnepan. Mick at Magnepan upgraded the external crossover as well. I would consider selling for less without the external crossovers. The true ribbon Tweeters were replaced approximately 3 years ago with new tweeters from Magnepan. These play down to 25HZ. I have the original shipping boxes. I live near Harrisonburg Virginia and will gladly deliver these and set them up for free within a reasonable driving distance. Pair of incredible Magnepan MG20 planar magnetic speakers with optional X-01 crossovers. These were used in our professional mastering room (Tonemasters studio B) and clients were always blown away by the clarity, definition and sound staging. They include high grade MIT cable jumpers for crossover connections, original stands and all original packaging, including tweeter shipping tube (tweeters have been properly removed and placed in factory tube). This pair sounds great, but would probably benefit from a factory refresh. They are available for pickup in southwest Florida only, or you can arrange freight pickup. I cannot / will not ship these.
