Powers on. Makes two click sounds. I hooked it up to some speakers but all I heard was a blip of white noise. Not exactly sure how to test this but I think it might be clicking off hence the two click sounds but not totally sure. So pricing it As-is at what I would think it would go for parts. I don’t want to open it up because I know I won’t be able to tell I have very little electronics knowledge. Bought at estate sale. Looks dusty inside.
