Der Verstärker stammt aus meiner 70er Jahre Sammlung und ist komplett überholt worden.Dem L2800/L-80V wird ein herausragend guter Klang nachgesagt. Das kann ich aus meiner Einschätzung nur bestätigen.Das Gerät ist technisch baugleich mit dem Luxman L80V, es handelt sich um die L&G Ausführung mit zusätzlicher Anzeige der Ausgangsleistung über LED. Dafür hat er keine Kanaltrennung bei dem Bass-/Höhenregler.Alle Schalter und Potis arbeiten einwandfrei. Sieben Knöpfe sind nicht original, passen aber nicht schlechter in das Gesamtbild als die originalen.Ruhestrom und DC-Offset sind nach Serviceunterlagen frisch eingestellt worden.Der Verstärker ist umgestellt auf 240V Netzspannung.Alle drei Entstör-Kondensatoren sind erneuert. Probehören gerne möglich.

Optisch sehr gepflegt, Frontpaneel ohne Kratzer!Alle Komponenten original! Sehr sauber, auch innen. Voll funktionsfähig, exzellente Phono-Vorstufe.Im Januar 2024 gewartet und neu kalibriert (Adjustment: Idle, Zero DC Offset, VU-Meter, Board, Function). Zur Geschichte:Damals kannte jeder Pioneer, Marantz, Kenwood, Technics, Akai, usw..Manchmal wurden damals auch exotische Geräte produziert, in kleinen Mengen und für ein sehr anspruchsvolles Publikum.L&G steht für Luxman und Garrard, zwei Spitzenhersteller, die sich zu einer Zusammenarbeit entschlossen hatten.Die L&G ist eine Lifestyle-Serie (1972-76) von Luxman-Produkten. Einige der Schnickschnack wurden in der Tat eliminiert, aber auf eine gute Art und Weise, denn sie sind in der Regel einfacher zu überholen und klingen sauberer als ähnlich teure Luxman-Pendants.Der Chefdesigner und Initiator der L&G-Linie ist kein geringerer als Junji Kimura-San, der Gründer von 47 Labs und Erfinder der Gaincard-Verstärker.Kamera-San war auch Mitentwickler des fast ebenso minimalistischen Röhrenvorverstärkers CL32 und der Luxman-TTs der PD-Serie.Aus dieser Zusammenarbeit und als Nachfolger des L&G L-2800 entstand ein paar Jahre danach der Luxman L-80 mit einer etwas vereinfachten elektronischen Schaltung.
