6FH8 Tubes from a 1960s Lowrey Organ - all matching date code of 63-25.These were tested on a Conar 224 and all were strong and nearly matching. 24 Available - Listing is for one - change the quantity at checkout if you want more. Lowrey didnt make tubes, so these are likely a GE, RCA, Sylvania or other USA brand that was labeled for them. The thing that is significant about organ tubes is that they specifically selected tubes that were quiet and with better specs. Organ tubes were usually not pushed very hard and remain strong - these have never seen a guitar amp.... Check my listings for more vintage tubes.

A reading of 36 is the minimum recommended. This tube was made in Japan. The painted labeling is very worn. It features triple vented gay plates, copper grid pins, two grip pin radiator clips and a halo getter. The 7591 is a beam power pentode tube with octal basing. It was originally developed by Westinghouse and promoted for ultra-linear audio applications. Many audio manufacturers including Eico, Hammond, Heathkit, Hitachi, Fisher, Lowrey and Scott used the 7591. I cant use it outside the house because it is just too big. As much as I love its adaptability to any musical demand ( orchestral, theatre, church, pop, big band or ethnic music around the world), it is too much to handle. I have to do gigs on smaller, less capable instruments. If you want the finest thing Lowrey ever offered, THIS IS IT!Check the link to hear and see this fantastic instrument.I use the wood seat because it makes pedal playing easier but the leather tufted seat is attached as seen in most pictures. BUYER MUST ARRANGE PICKUP or SHIPPING. If you choose come and get, the instrument will fit in a standard minivan with the seats folded into the floor (Chrysler Pacifica is the better choice).
