The Linn LK100 is a superbly built stereo power amplifier. It has a power rating of 50 Watts into 8 Ohm speakers and 80 Watts into 4 Ohm speakers. This is a very similar power rating to the current Linn Majik 2100 which has a list price of £1710!!! This LK100 can accept Linn Aktiv cards (a pair of mono cards) should you have Linn speakers and are looking to go Aktiv. NOTE that apart from this the amplifier is a normal stereo amplifier which can be connected to virtually any pre-amp and any speakers. Note also that the amplifier can be switched underneath to operate at other worldwide voltages. It was used to drive Meadowlark Kestrel II speakers. The stated power output is 50 watts into 8 ohms (never approached that upper limit) with a input sensitivity of 0.741 volts. The dimensions are 320 x 80 x 326 mm. It weighs about 7 Kg [not quite 15.5 pounds]. It will be shipped with the power cord and a copy of the operating manual.
