This pair of Linn Isobarik Sara Passive/Active Speakers are in great vintage condition with less than minor wear for their age. The Serial numbers are consecutive 015775 & 015776. The grills and speaker cable are not included. They do sound amazing, rich and beautiful. They have been one owner owned and they were my fathers speakers but, because we really know nothing about these speakers we are selling them as is. Linn Isobarik Sara 9 SpeakersCosmetically flawed , quite a few scrapes overall especially on top, grills are beginning to go. The literature says they are supposed to be Bi-wired, but we could only get them to work on the inputs marked treble, and it seemed like a full frequency response to us.

Linn Sara Isobarik Loudspeakers - Pair - in excellent overall condition Super pair of speakers from my personal collection. I have cherished these for many years. I replaced the Grilles a few years ago and they are in good condition. A little deformed in the pictures from storage but they should regain their shape when in a room environment. These speakers are highly sought after and are very rare in this condition. There are a few minor marks on the cabinets as you would expect for older speakers that have been used and the tweeter covers have been compressed - but as everyone will know, they are just covers and do not affect the sound. It is worth pointing out that these speakers are very critical of positioning and are designed to be positioned against a back wall to get the best from them. These speakers come with stands and connecting leads. Will post with a courier at buyers cost because these are very heavy speakers + weight of the stands.

There are a few minor marks on the cabinets as you would expect for 35 year old speakers that have been used and the tweeter covers have been compressed - but as everyone will know, they are just covers and do not affect the sound. It is worth pointing out that these speakers are very critical of positioning and are designed to be positioned against a back wall to get the best from them. I’m afraid they are collection only as they are very heavy and I no longer have the original packaging. I can provide details of a few private couriers upon request.

Linn Sara speaker stands, used, in great condition and made from 25mm wide metal box tube, with hard rubber feet. Approx weight 8kg each. Height 52cm. Top speaker plate measures 17.5 x 30cm. Base footprint is 31 x 45cm. Cosmetically great, there is one small chip in the paint on one of the cross members on the base (pictured). Collection as-is or if you’d like them shipped I will disassemble them (there are no instructions included so you’re on your own as far as putting them back together goes).
