The LP12 has been fully serviced by Krescendo HiFi. This includes a full strip down, the three suspension bolts have been checked for exact vertical hanging using the Linn tool specifically for the purpose, the suspension grommets and springs have all been replaced with brand new ones from Linn, the suspension has been carefully set to the correct pistonic bounce, the tonearm has been fitted with the correct geometry using the Linn Kinky alignment tool, the turntable rotation speed has been precisely set to 33.3 rpm using a laser revolution counter and the lid has been polished although a few small marks remain. The LP12 has been fitted with the awesome Linn Ittok tonearm. This has been fitted with the stunning Linn Adikt moving magnet cartridge. A fundamental upgrade for the whole LP12 is the Linn Kore subchassis/armboard that has been fitted. This helps the LP12 extract the most music from your records. The LP12 benefits from the external Linn Lingo 2 power supply which provides a rock steady 33rpm and 45rpm at a touch of a switch from a quartz locked power supply. The Lingo is a significant sonic upgrade from the Valhalla or Majik power supply. The LP12 is in stunning condition with only small marks to the lid and so very slight marks to the plinth. None of which significantly detract from the appearance as you can see from the pictures. The deck will be all set for playing music and will only require basic putting back together from the box. We will provide full instructions how to do this and will provide full support. And we do mean FULL support. The buyer is welcome to phone us any time if they have questions. As a package they sound absolutely stunning. The LP12 comes in a new Linn turntable double box with all the internal fittings to ensure safe transport. The Lingo will be shipped carefully in a custom made double walled box with Stratocell high impact packing sheets all round for superb protection. It will be fully insured anyway. This high-quality turntable is made by Linn and features the sought-after SONDEK LP12 model. It is a belt drive turntable and has speed settings of 33.3RPM. The ITTOK LVII tonearm ensures excellent audio output through the stereo L/R RCA outputs. This turntable was manufactured in the United Kingdom and is a great addition to any home audio setup. This turntable comes with the Stanton 980LZS cartridge and Head Amp. Meticulously maintained; includes original packing box. The cosmetic exterior of this component is in PRISTINE condition.Due to its lack of use the clearance between platter and plinth has become reduced over the years due to suspension springs sagging withe the heavy inner and outer platters. Would suggest a service/rebuild in the future for suspension bounce correction. This will be reflected in the negotiated price.
