Up for auction is a pair of used Linn Index speakers. All drivers work though the tweeters probably need ferrofluid replaced- they seem to lack sparkle. I just increased the treble control to compensate. Cosmetic condition is good- the cabinets are very good. The grilles are good except one corner has worn-through cloth- I placed that corner on the bottom to minimize visibility. I also stapled the cloth where it had loosened. Somewhere in its life one rear label was placed upside down. Consecutive serial numbers. Offered AS IS, as described. Linn Index MK II speaker pair 75 Watts in working condition. There are many damaged on cabinet corners and scratches on cabinets. Grills got some tears and holes.

I have used these in a professional recording studio as reference monitors and they sound really good. Ive mixed hit records on these speakers!! A few scuffs here on there as you would expect from speakers of this age. One tweeter has been pushed in ( by a child) but still works & does not compromise the sound in my opinion. Speaker cables are not included. Collection only due to weight of the item.
