The original plinth is in beautiful original condition without any major scratches, dings, or gashes and only minor signs of age. Original sound board. This turntable features a coveted and highly praised Syrinx PU3 Tonearm, which has been professionally rewired in the UK. Syrinx PU3 tonearms are well and widely known for their bearings and performance and are extremely hard to come by. This table comes with one pre-installed and in amazing condition with all chrome components still in their shiny finish. Many other upgrades have been professionally performed by a professional installer. Linn Sondek LP12 Ittok/Cirkus/Hercules PSU/VM95e Fabulous Sondek LP12, Ittok arm, Hercules PSU with 33/45, fitted with a brand new Audio Technica VM95e cartridge, the full Cirkus upgrade has been fitted, Bearing, sub platter, chassis and arm board, the latest spec outer platter was fitted brand new last year along with the latest spec lid and hinges, also new springs and grommets, belt, the Stamford Audio Advanced Plinth has numerous upgrades including bracing, a proper mains socket to take kettle plugs and a fantastic machined Lexan base board with isolation cones built in. Also allows spring adjustment without removing it. Also a motor isolation system had been fitted. Mechanically excellent, everything has been serviced last year, the plinth will show light marks, the lid is excellent, recent, no cracks, belt was new last year with the springs and grommets, the Ittok bearings are also excellent,. All-round a fabulous Sondek with modern appointments.
