Biete oben genannten CD-Player CD16B von Opera Consonance an. Er ist, abgesehen vom Layout des Gehäuses baugleich mit dem CD120 Linear. Wer hier gelandet ist, der weiß wonach er sucht Ansonsten für all diejenigen, die sich nicht angesprochen fühlen: Hier handelt es sich um einen NOS (Non-Oversampling) CD-Player. Ich erspare mir schwülstige Klangbeschreibungen oder etwaige Einordnung in Phantasiekategorien der üblichen verdächtigen HiFi-Magazine. Was ich aber sagen kann ist, dass der Klang sehr nah an meine analoge Kette heran reicht. Es macht einfach Riesen Spaß, reißt mit und lässt auch gerne mal Tränen kullern. Das habe ich so bei keinem anderen Spieler erlebt, kenne es aber von NOS DAC‘s, die ja ähnlich arbeiten. Der Player und die schwere Alu-Fernbedienung befinden sich in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Front ist tadellos, der Deckel hat minimale Gebrauchsspuren, die kaum der Rede wert sind. Der Fairness halber erwähne ich es aber trotzdem. Ich verkaufe den Spieler nur, weil sich zu viel angesammelt hat und ich Platz für anderes Spielzeug schaffen möchte.
