this is an excellent working preamp processor. this was sent back to the factory for Both updates. this included DTS as well as THX Ultra. i have seen some of these on ebay that have the DTS upgrade but have seen none that include the THX Ultra. this unit comes in its original box and original remote.

Except for the tape input, which sounded distorted with a background hum that got worse when the effects were applied, the other inputs and outputs were tested and all look to be in working order. There are many functions, and many diagnostics that can be ran on this unit and I did not check every single one. The exterior looks to be in pretty good condition except for where there is a suspect discoloration by the Tape input. There are a few other spots, and blemishes. I would say its nothing too significant beyond the left, back. The power cord is not original, but works to power unit fine. No remote included. Look through pics for condition details.
