I use this predominately to connect my bookshelf audio speakers and the quality and sound from it are great. Turning on the amplifier reveals a white ring which can be use when listening to audio through the headphone jack from the front of the dock. TA-200W Kenwood KR-9600 Complementary Power Amplifier Modules that were removed from a working set. They are in good shape. Pin 5 on both are a bit short and you will probably have to add a bit of wire to that pin. These are common to go out and usually will cause protection circuit to be activated and can blow fuses, too. There are some circuit failures that can cause theseto go bad, so know what you are doing. Because of this I am selling these as is for parts/repair. I did hear them work, so they can be used to resurrect your KR-9600. Been a long time since these were made. Winning bidder must pay for within 48 hours of end of auction.
