For sale is a well loved pair of 2021 Legacy Focus SE loudspeakers in rosewood veneer (extra $1158). Focus SE are used by legendary music producers like Rick Ruben and LA Reid for their musical versatility. In my humble opinion, Focus SEs offer the accuracy and musicality of Wilson Audio Alexia (without being overly analytical), resolution of B&W 801 D4s (without being overly bright) and at a flip of the -2db switches, the silky-smooth romantic presentation of the Sonus Faber Amantis. Having owned all three, I will add with greater dynamics than the afore mentioned models. For those who are unfamiliar, each tower features two 1AMT tweeters, two 4 midrange AMTs, two 7” Roacell mid bass drivers and two 12” woofers capable of reproducing true to life scale and dynamics free of distortion. A sax, guitar, drum set, piano all sound like they are in room! Comparable when A/B tested against my Bowers & Wilkins 801 D4 Signature Series for a 1/4 the cost! Paid over $15k w/ tax & shipping and waited 7 months for them. Used in a dedicated 2ch listening room at our smoke free vacation home. Never abused, used seasonally during winter months.
