The outer case is in good cosmetic condition and is fitted with two feet on the front bottom edge to allow the tuner to be mounted at a rakish angle to achieve access to the controls - rare thing.

On offer today is an example of the legendary Leak Troughline III FM tuner offered for recommissioning. Some say this is one of the best FM tuners in the World. The cosmetics are mixed, the outer grey case is mint, the fascia has a few marks and the black paint is missing in parts (can be retouched) and one of the knob brights is missing. BTW - The rear stud/wingnut case securing fixing is present - I just forgot to rephotograph after taking an interior shot. Whatever, from the inside it doesnt look to have ever been messed with so should present a straightforward job to get going, heck, it may even work!

Fantastischer, sanfter, Röhrenklang. Mit kleiner UKW Antenne in Wert von ca. 18 €. Verkaufe es, weil ich auf Streaming umgestellt habe, um sämtliche Hifi-Geräte /Hifi-Mobiliar zu reduzieren (Familienfrieden...). Demnächst folgen auch andere High-End Geräte :-(Habe den Leak Tuner vor ca. 10 Jahren aus UK (Ebay) gekauft, für ca. 350€ (heute muss man leider Zollgebühren bezahlen, es gibt einige Angebote aus UK, aber mit Kaufpreis und Zoll wird es teurer....). In den letzten Jahren leider kaum benutzt, vor 2 Monaten ist das gute Teil in Peters Werkstatt in Berlin geprüft worden, ein neuer StereoDecoder eingebaut (Kosten 100 €).
