These were pulled from a working system a while back and I never ended up using them. These were originally made by Razer as the Forge TV and Mersive changed them into the above Solstice model. The support for Razer Forge TV has been discontinued, these can still be converted to an Android TV player with a firmware reflash. I CANNOT offer any assistance with the conversion as I stopped researching it years ago. There are a ton of posts on this online. Search for LineageOS for some instructions and ideas.
