I offer for sale one piece of 15 / 38 cm field coil cinema speaker produced in the 40s by Körting Company - later renamed of VEB Funkwerk Leipzig. This speaker look nearly new and as a reserve speaker was probably never used. The diameter of the basket is exactly 38 cm/15. The DC resistance the voice coils is about 12 Ohm, and the impedances is 15 Ohm. The field coil DC resistance is about 1800 Ohm. The voice coils move absolutely free on the core without any troubles. They need a supplying DC voltage about 220 V. This speaker is in a perfect working condition according to the age. The paper cone in perfect technical and optical condition. In buyers wishing I can instal inside the metal chassis a suitable DC power supply with output voltage about 220 V. The installing of the DC power supply costs extra 200 EUR. This speaker weight about 16 kg without the wood crate. The shipping world wide is possible as DHL Standard parcel in the range up to 20 kg, (in paper carton only) and costs costs world wide 110 EUR for an insured packets in 14-28 work days. A very safe shipping in the wood crate is possible also. The wood crate weight about 11 kg, therefore the total weight with the wood crate is about 27 kg. Lautsprecheranschluss und Anpassung erfolgt am Eingang des eingebauten Transformators mit den Anschlusswerten von 140, 600, 1000, 2000 Ohm. Durch Einbau in ein Trichtergehäuse konnten diese Richtstrahler große Freiflächen beschallen (Original Kurztrichter-Gehäuse von Körting, oder wie beim vorliegenden Modell, ein Eigenbau, hergestellt in der Notzeit des Krieges.
