They used high quality electronic components in their build. Like the ones we would pay top dollar to have installed in your rig today as an upgrade. My take away from this unit?Clean. Open. Decent amount of air. Great sound stage. But it’s all about attack. The initial sound of stick hitting drum. It’s there in spades. 55 watts per channel more like 70. Like a Trio LS-10 or a JBL Decade 16. Phono stage is premium, though this line of Kyocera products were introduced for the advent of cds. They made excellent cd players.
