Up for sale is an ultra rare Audiophile Products MCT-1 Silver Wired MC step-up transformer. It was specially made for cartridges between 3-5ohm, transformers and interconnect manufactured by Mr Kondo himself, so you are looking at a very early model of Kondo silver wired MC transformers with SKL-VZ interconnect. Audionote japan soara very rare early1980 silver voice coil cartridge this one would of been custom wound in silver by Mr Kondo himself note it does need re-tipping, its been done afew times by VDH over the years. . This is a bit of history one of the 1st silver voice coil cartridge to come out, it was based on the io and then the classic io ltd. These cartridges are now becoming very collectable, as the audionote and Kondo cartridges seem to be getting more and more expensive over time. ( headshell not included )
