Die anderen beiden Treiber, die zur Wand strahlen, sind passiv ausgelegt, sie werden von der Energie und vom Luftdruck der aktiven Membran in Schwingung versetzt. Dieses Prinzip ist vergleichbar mit einem Bassreflex-Aufbau, wobei der Klipsch aber keine Probleme mit Strömungsgeräuschen hat.Generell wird ja von einer Aufstellung eines Subs in Raumecken abgeraten, weil die Wände zwar den Pegel des Subs erhöhen, das aber leider oft unpräzise sein und auch zu unerwünschtem Dröhnen führen kann.Der RT-10d umschifft diese Probleme indem er ein eigenes Einmesssystem verwendet und den Klang des Subwoofers so an den Raum anpasst und gegen stehende Wellen und somit Dröhnen vorgeht. Die Inbetriebnahme des Subwoofers gestaltet sich somit recht einfach:- Sub in eine Raumecke stellen (wobei man schon probieren sollte, in welcher Raumecke ein Sub generell am besten klingt)- mitgeliefertes Mikrofon am Sub anschließen und am Hörplatz in Ohrhöhe aufbauen (am besten auf einem Stativ)- den Einmessvorgang starten- 1 Minute die Ohren zuhalten (es wird verdammt laut)- FERTIG!
