The only cosmetic issue is the grill has 2 clips on the top that are broken. They are plastic and there is probably a way to attached the grill, the bottom 2 clips do hold the grill on to the subwoofer. It is very heavy and has 1 heavy duty 12 active front firing woofer and heavy duty 12 rear firing passive woofer, BASH powerful 2400 watt amplifier with very steep and effective 36DB per octave crossover for seamless integration into your quality Hifi system or Home Theater system. It sounds superb, open, dynamic, deep, extended, fast, musical and very powerful. It is very heavy. It is factory wired inside with heavy duty monster cable wiring. Has the IEC AC cable included.
