Tested, works great. No adapter included, but it works with D batteries, or any standard 18V adapter should work. Also, the outside rubber has degraded and gotten sticky. I was able to clean off a small section in the back with Isopropyl Alcohol (see pictures), but it took a while, so Im just lowering the price instead. Let me know if you have any questions about it.
