Offered is a OEM Klipsch KG4 K-8-K Woofer/Speaker removed from a working KG4 speaker. Condition is used. Removed from a working KG4, this K8K woofer/speaker is in very good shape. Surround is nice and soft, there are no cracks or tears. The dust cap is pushed in a bit and wrinkled, there is also about 1 that the glue has separated - you could pull the cap, reform it, then re-glue it. Cap is not torn, no attempt was made to pull it out. The cone is slightly discolored as can be seen in the images. If you need a more detailed image or super close up just let me know and I will accommodate as best as I can. Speaker still played great as can be seen in the video. In the video this would be the top woofer on the right speaker. It has the K-8-K KLIPSCH stamp and 8643, I believe the 4-digit is the date stamp indicating 1986 production. There was a Kilpsch QA sticker in the cabinet with 1986 as the manufacture date. Original Klipsch K8K part, plug and play for your KG4. Vintage Klipsch KG 1.5 Bookshelf Speakers, SN# 289692142 - Build Date 10/15/1996 Very nice vintage condition - Speaker boxes have a few small surface imperfections but no deep standout gouges or scratches, bottoms have two small screw holes from wall mounts. One grill cloth has two small holes top right Last Pic, the first three pics are a better representation of the grill cloth cover hue, all other photos of the grill cloth look to be washed out and that is from lighting and my low budget camera. Woofer surrounds, dust covers and tweeters are perfect with no condition issues, wire terminal are perfect. These KGs have a great soundstage for a two way bookshelf speaker. I purchased this set in the late 90s for my daughters bedroom and they were mounted on the wall. They have been stored in the original box for over a decade, I have been listened to them for the last few of months prior to listing them.

Vintage Pair of Klipsch kg1 Speakers Oak Woodgrain USA. Classic Klipsch Sound from the 90s. If your not familiar with Klipsch, they make horn loaded speakers that have a very bright,clear sound. Because they have a horn, it doesnt take a lot of power to drive them which means they play clean and loud. These were part of an 11.2 home theater system. There are a few scratches but they sound just as great as the day I bought them. Perfect bookshelf spears.
