These Klipsch Forte II floor speakers come with the receipt from when he bought them in 1991 and they’ve been at the same house, in the same spot, the whole time playing Grateful Dead records. These Forte IIs had a midrange horn that gives the sound a lot realism and clarity and these ones especially have a pretty sweet wood finish. They have been well cared and work perfectly. here’s the two flaws: -a slight stain or discoloration on the left speaker towards the bottom (it’s subtle, see photos) -and the “sub bass radiator” on the back has an indentation. My dad says that he bumped it the day he bought them and it doesn’t seem to have ever impacted the sound. The speakers sound phenomenal and look great too - so just imagine how dope they would be in your house!
