Complete with 4 sets of silicone in ear fittings - these I found were the most comfortable and best fittings ones I have found, that actually stayed in my ears. Charging lead, carry case and instruction / user manual. In original box.Only used a couple of times, when last charged and tried to use them it was as though they were dead.
