The quartz PLL system protects rotational accuracy from steady load (static load with very low frequency component), time drift and temperature drift, and 550 kg ? cm for random transient load with high frequency component.2Steady rotation is maintained by corresponding with moment of inertia of. A double (magnetic and mechanical) integration type 180 slot 3-layer gear is used for the servo detection part of the quartz PLL circuit. In addition, the Speed-Volt (S-V) conversion method is used to convert the rotational speed of the turntable as it is into voltage. This makes the servo response linear and increases the response of the quartz PLL circuit to random and slight load fluctuations. Taking into consideration the effect of the eccentricity and twist of the turntable Center shaft on the sound, a 10 ? Center shaft is adopted, and the turntable shaft is used as a motor shaft as it is. The turntable sheet applies the principle of the Helmholtz resonance box. A small port is provided on the front surface of the table sheet and a resonance space is provided on the back surface of the table sheet to absorb the split vibration generated by the phonograph record. We have also studied the materials used to hold the turntable and the record board together when playing a record in order to improve rotational accuracy. By using MC material for the cabinet, the total weight is increased and vibration of the cabinet due to the reaction of the turntable is suppressed. Dual suspension absorbers are used for the legs. The dual suspension absorber is a unique system with less rigidity in the longitudinal direction and greater rigidity in the lateral direction. This reduces the lateral vibration that occurs when a turntable with a large moment of inertia is driven by a motor with a large starting torque, while at the same time maintaining the elasticity of the absorber from the heavy cabinet. A digital control system using a flip-flop circuit is adopted for the rotation number selector switch and start / stop switch. The power switch is independent of the start / stop selector switch and linked with the power indicator. The quartz lock indicator lights when the turntable rotates normally and the PLL system is locked. The brake part is equipped with a pure electronic brake, which realizes flexible deceleration by suppressing harmful vibration peculiar to mechanical brake. The arm base uses a collet chuck type with large mechanical impedance to suppress resonance. The tone arm adopts TA-71 which is an elastic coupling mass separation type tone arm. The tone arm is affected by two disturbances with different levels and frequencies : arm resonance and first order split resonance. The arm resonance and first order split resonance are out-of-phase vibrations in the main weight section, and it was said that it was impossible to control them simultaneously. The TA-71 was jointly developed by Trio and NHK Technical Research Institute. It cancels the arm resonance and first order split resonance at the same time. It improves sound quality by increasing howling margin and suppressing low-frequency resonance with a high level. For the internal wiring of the tone arm TA-71, the silk-wound Pentlitz wire of ?? structure with less DC impedance, additional capacitance, and additional inductance is used to improve the channel separation.
