This offering is for a Kenwood Supreme Series 700M Power Amplifier and the Companion Preamplifier Kenwood 700C. The Kenwood 700M is rated at 170 watts per channel into 8 ohms. This amplifier has been rebuilt. New capacitors, resistors, and transistors. All new output transistors as well. New power supply filter caps have been upgraded. All controls have been cleaned and lubricated. Blue LEDs have been installed in the VU meters. This amplifier truly sounds wonderful. Obviously very powerful with a tremendous low end. This amp is simply fantastic. Cosmetically, the amplifier does have some scuffs and scratches. Maybe 7 out of 10(?). Please observe all photos in order to determine condition. The 700C preamplifier has been serviced with the controls switches, and connections cleaned and lubricated where necessary. Preamplifier sounds great as well. All functions work and inputs and outputs are all functional. Like the amplifier, the preamplifier has a fair amount of scuffs and scratches. I would rate the cosmetics a 7 out of 10 as well. I am offering free shipping to the Continental US. International shipping is done through the eBay International Shipping Program. These pieces are approaching 50 years old and may exhibit some scratchiness when the controls are operated. Usually, after warming up, odd little sonic imperfections disappear. THE 700M POWER AMP HAD THE SOFT START RESISTOR REPLACED RECENTLY. THE 700C PREAMP HAS HAD A PREVIOUS FULL RESTORATION WITH MANY CAPS AND PARTS REPLACED, I HAVE A LETTER FROM THE TECH WHO DID THE WORK DESCRIBING WHAT WAS DONE AND WAS JUST RECENTLY SERVICED FOR A CHECK UP. THE WOOD CABINETS FOR THE TUNER AND POWER AMP ARE ORIGINAL AND HAVE BEEN REFINISHED. THE 700C WOOD CABINET IS A CUSTOM WALNUT VENEER COPY OF THE TUNERS CABINET EXCEPT WITH BETTER MATERIALS AND NO TOP VENT HOLES. VERY NICE COSMETIC CONDITION AND ALL WORKS AS IT SHOULD.
