If you are looking at this then you know all about KEF, one of the most famous speaker manufacturers in the UK. This is part of their award-winning original “egg” series of home theater systems with Uni-Q drivers in the 5 main speakers. Big sound in a minimalist package, perfect for an unobtrusive setup in a smaller to medium size home theater room. My package includes the two speaker stands as well, which hides the speaker wire in the rod for a clean appearance, suitable for either the left/right front mains or for the left/right rear surrounds. All satellite speakers and one sub work well and sound great. Originally part of a 5.2 setup with two KUBE-1 subs, the second sub is not working and considered parts only. The back plate amplifier does not work and the LED does not light. The 8” woofer is in good condition (no deterioration or tears) and presumably works. If you can find another back plate, then you have a second subwoofer for a complete 5.2 system. The working sub shows considerable wear/dirt but functions perfectly. The non-functioning sub actually has the nicer cabinet with only a minor hole in the fabric. If you are tool-handy, you could easily swap the back plates so the working sub has the nice enclosure, but I did not want to mess with that. Both power cables are included.

This auction is for a pair of Kef Kube12B active subwoofers. These are approximately 4 years old, we recently moved and do not have room for them in our living room layout so they need to go. This auction is for two Kef Subwoofers, two ISO Acoustics subwoofer stands, and two AudioQuest power cables- six individual items total in this auction Retail for this package was around $1800 with the accessories. The woofers are in good working condition and in good cosmetic condition from a non-smoker household. They were used and paired with our KEF LS50 Wireless II speakers. I dont know have the original manuals or boxes unfortunately. Local pick up in the Los Angeles area is preferred only because I dont think these are going to be cost effective to ship due to the weight.
