2 Lautsprecher aus den 1970er JahrenKEF Model 104 Reference Series ****** Original /Klassiker Die Frontabdeckungen sind nicht mehr vorhanden (Materialermüdung).Absolute Liebhaberstücke. Die Lausprecher lagerten viele Jahre gut abgedeckt im beheizten und trockenen Keller. Sie funktionierten immer einwandfrei (auch bei der letzten Testung vor ein paar Jahren), haben jedoch durch Umzüge und Lagerung sichtbare äußere Gebrauchsspuren und müssten mit etwas Liebe wieder aufgehübscht und zu neuem Glanz gebracht werden. Aktuell kann ich die Funktionalität leider selbst nicht testen. Aus erster Hand, d.h. sie haben sich immer im Besitz meines Vaters befunden.Sie sind sehr schwer!Ich versende die Lautsprecher nicht, da mir das Risiko einer Beschädigung auf dem Versandweg zu hoch ist, und ich auch nicht über adäqutes Verpackungsmaterial verfüge. Up for sale here is a matched pair of KEF 104/2 Hi-Fidelity Audio Speakers in overall good condition, cabinet have some minor veneer chipping on the bottom & one has some minor scratches on the top, speaker grills are in intact, no rips or tears. The midrange driver cones and tweeters are in excellent condition however the bass driver donut foams are beginning to show signs of drying up and could use replacement. They sound excellent. Local pick up only. Both drivers are an excellent used condition pulled from a very rare pair of vintage monitor audio MA1 series 2 speakers. They both read 7.0 ohms on my multimeter. Please look over the pictures closely and consider them part of the description.

If you are an audiophile looking for the the most engaging, detailed, pure and smooth music you have ever heard, this pair of high end speakers may be the answer to your search. The midrange sounds are well defined and so are the highs. The tight and deep bass generated by two woofers in each cabinet is exceedingly delightful. However, one of the tweeters needs to be upgraded (the cabinet with the piece of tape on top) and the inner donuts/rings replaced in both. I am entertaining the idea of doing the necessary repairs and keep them but it is hard to allocate time to do so. Once repaired, you will want to keep these for as long as you live since very few speakers match their sound quality. Please note that they are very heavy. Otherwise, they are in great shape and you would feel proud to have them in your living room.

1 OEM woofer from Kef 104/2 reference series speaker - B200 SP1188. Used - still plays and sounds good but needs the center foam surround replaced - see pics.

Midrange and tweeter assembly from KEF 104/2 reference series speaker B110 / SP1190 T33 tweeter. Used but they still play and sound good. Cosmetically they have some dust and some lite scuffs on the enclosure. Drivers are in great shape.
