It was supposed to be sold with the Floor Model KEF Reference 104/2 speakers we had on demo but were mistakenly separated from the speakers before they were sold That was unfortunate because the Kube 104/2 is designed as part of the Reference 104/2 Speaker System. If you are an audiophile looking for the the most engaging, detailed, pure and smooth music you have ever heard, this pair of high end speakers may be the answer to your search. The midrange sounds are well defined and so are the highs. The tight and deep bass generated by two woofers in each cabinet is exceedingly delightful. However, one of the tweeters needs to be upgraded (the cabinet with the piece of tape on top) and the inner donuts/rings replaced in both. I am entertaining the idea of doing the necessary repairs and keep them but it is hard to allocate time to do so. Once repaired, you will want to keep these for as long as you live since very few speakers match their sound quality. Please note that they are very heavy. Otherwise, they are in great shape and you would feel proud to have them in your living room.

Tested mid ranges work tweeter does not work. All minor scratches and knicks shown in pics.

1 OEM woofer from Kef 104/2 reference series speaker - B200 SP1188. Used - still plays and sounds good but needs the center foam surround replaced - see pics.

Midrange and tweeter assembly from KEF 104/2 reference series speaker B110 / SP1190 T33 tweeter. Used but they still play and sound good. Cosmetically they have some dust and some lite scuffs on the enclosure. Drivers are in great shape.
