This guy downsized about 5 years ago and moved into a condo. He put all his audio gear into storage, including these KEF 107s that he bought from us years ago. We hooked them up and tested them. There was an issue with the KUBE distorting. We had that repaired by a local qualified technician that weve been using to do all are service work since the 70s. Once the KUBE was fixed, we hooked them up again to Parasound HALO electronics. Sounded great. Just like they did when we first installed them in his home.Price is for the pair. Used Kef Kube equalizer for model 102 speakers. Comes with AC cord and 2 RCA cords. It lights up when I plug it in, but I dont have the speakers to test it. I got it from a friends estate who was very careful with their gear, so I expect it works fine.

The cloth has become unstuck in places and is held on by tape. An easy fix should you wish to replace the cloth. KEF Kube low-level equalisation system is the one supplied with the speakers. It is missing one of the buttons, but it is still easy to use by pressing the stem where the button used to sit. The installation manual is also present. KEF 102 Reference Series Bookshelf Speakers with Kube all in box. I got these from a collector in a trade deal. I opened the box with speakers to verify that they are still factory packaged. The cube I opened up as well to make sure it was complete. Please see the pictures. Box matches the serial number to the speakers. As shown. Make sure your receiver/ amplifier has the ability to have the kube in the loop. Preamplifier to amp rca connections. Might be able to use the tape loop as well. I strongly suggest looking into this before buying. These are the mid to late 80s. They have never been opened besides the box for verification purposes. Nothing is rattling around. Returns are welcome if they are still sealed as shown. Due to part swapping No returns if you opened them from factory wrapping. Kef 107/1 Speakers Plus Kef Kube 107/2 BoxedThis is a pair of Kef 107/1 Speakers. I will try to detail the condition as they have been modified in someway but they are in full working order.Please note the description applied to both speakers.The wooden cabinets are in excellent condition . There is an extra pair of terminals near the originals and suspect that someone has tried to convert them to Kef 107/2. I have tried these inputs but nothing comes out of the speakers, so not sure if they are wired in. The bass Drivers have been refoamed. I have managed to take a photo of the top speaker showing this but the photos of inside one are dark, but I assure you they have been refoamed.I have taken a photo of the crossover the best I can with wiring. The top units are missing the covers and some work has obviously been done to them. I have managed to ease out the B110 Speakers and they are SP1029. The tweeters are sealed in place but I believe they are the T33 tweeters.The auction also included a Kef107/2 Equaliser, I presume this was purchased for a successfull upgrade to the kef107/2.
