KEF CAPRICE II LOUDSPEAKERS & BESPOKE SPEAKER STANDS VINTAGE 1 OWNER FROM NEW!. 8 Ohms / 100w / MADE IN ENGLAND I inherited these amazing speakers from my dear friend who passed away just before Christmas last year. We were both audiophiles and it was indeed these very speakers which converted me to become an audiophile. These were always paired with a Michelle Focus 1 Turntable and a Sugden Amplifier. WOW! That combination was the best I ever heard for years and years until I started spending a LOT MORE money on my own collection, but to be fair, these are a match for any! Fabulously mind blowingly totally recommended!. My friend bought these new somewhere around the late 1970s from the then Martins Hi-Fi in Kings Lynn. They were a small fortune at the time and he had the speaker stands made by them as well. It would be shame to separate them after all these years. I have listened to 100s of albums through these very speakers since I was young (A long time ago!) and it will break my heart to say goodbye as it was with my friend, but I have far too much Hi-Fi to keep for sentimental reasons, so I hope they go to someone whom appreciates the sound quality of these amazing audio masterpieces from KEF.
