Das in den 70er Jahren produzierte Modell KD-500 ist der erste Plattenspieler aus einem Stoffgemisch von Kunststoff, Gestein und Glasfaser, das unter hohem Druck gepresst wurde um Resonanzen komplett eliminieren. Daraus resultierte auch das hohe Gewicht von rund 15kg. Auch heute noch eine bemerkenswerte Entwicklung und ein toller Vintage Plattenspieler. Es ist ein Revolver Tonarm montiert mit einem Goldring Tonabnehmer. Der Plattenspieler ist funktionsfähig und befindet sich in einem, gemessen am Alter, gutem Gebrauchtzustand mit eher geringen Gebrauchsspuren. Es handelt sich um einen gebrauchten Artikel, welcher mit einer auf 12 Monaten beschränkten Gewährleistung auf den beschriebenen Zustand verkauft wird. Kenwood KD-500 Turntable Tested This turntable has been fully tested. It has a new needle . The Shure needle that is broken is included. They can be rebuilt. The Dust cover looks good from the front but there are minor cracks near both hinges and back center of the unit. The hinges work perfect and the minor cracks cause no issues. Because this turntable is so heavy I will be separating the dust cover and will ship separately to prevent damage. See detailed photos for condition.
