Hello. I've owned this unit for about four months now. I have replaced the capacitors in five of these Krell models over the past few years. I replaced the capacitors in this particular one about three months ago and it's been working better than new ever since. I want to try tubes now so this is for sale. Capacitors are usually good for around 20 years if the unit is used regularly. Some of the larger capacitors were bulging and showing other signs of degradation so they were all replaced. The capacitors are all Nichicon, Panasonic and United Chemi-Con. All better than the standard ones they replaced. The sound is what you would expect from Krell. Speed and clarity with a Class A preamplifier section that gives you a sweet, smooth sound with a huge soundstage. Awesome with percussion music. It's super clean with a few very small marks.
