Both left and right channels have strong output and all inputs(including phono) follow their dedicated signal path. The unique tuning system works great and pulls in a strong stereo signal for both local and distant stations. Stereo separation is Excellent. Display, lamps, indicators, sliders, switches, controls, meters, etc. all perform their intended functions. Cosmetically, there is some veneer peel and slight flaking on the bottom edges of the wood side panels. Please view the auction photos. What you see is Exactly what you get. NO UNPLEASANT SURPRISES. Vintage JVC AX-S331 Stereo Integrated Amplifier W/ Equalizer Tested & Working. All functions have been tested tested completely. All inputs and outputs sound fantastic. The phono was not tested with a turntable, but it does produce sound when tested with a tape deck. It was not a clean sound, but the phono mode is meant for a turntable. Buttons are all crisp. The slides, volume and balance are all smoothe. They could still possibly use some maintenance. There are some minor scuffs and scratches. Some dust may be present. Please see photos for details.
