I got this JVC QL-F300 Fully Automatic Turntable Quartz Locked from an ESTATE SALE. So, I buy a lot of items from Estate Sales, Storage Unit Auctions, Business’s that have retired or just not been able to make it. I have owned a T-shirt business for 28 years. With that being said, most or all of the stuff I sell on eBay is a mystery to me. So, when I sell this stuff, I gain trust in some people and others take my ignorance for granted. Up for sale is a JVC QL-F300 Quartz Locked Fully Automatic turntable. The unit has been tested and works and plays great. The cover does have some very light scuffing here and there and could probably use a little more deep cleaning to make it shine.Thanks for looking!

I have tested this turntable and it does work but has a couple flaws. The arm at start lifts but needs a little nudge to get the arm in motion. Once it starts moving it moves into position and plays fine. It does automatically retreat when finished playing or when stop is pressed. I did not have a phono pre amp so my sound was quiet. Pre amp or phono input needed. The up/down button seems to not fully work but it does raise. It may just need switch cleaning. Switches fine between 45 and 33. Overall solid unit. High tech electrical turntable. There is also a small nick in the rubber plate. Come with original box which is in rough condition. Will ship with care or local pickup. The manual is a printed copy. JVC/Victor QL-Y3F, full auto quartz locked direct drive turntable with repeat function, soft touch control buttons  Beautiful Rosewood JVC/Victor QL-Y3F. Working, but sometimes one needs to nudge headshell after you press start, to get it to move over to platter, think it’s just the tonearm band. Soft touch buttons don’t always work, this should be fixable with a good cleaning and deoxit or fader lube. Comes with dust cover in very good condition and 45 adapter and OG DTZ- 1S cartridge with new stylus. The QL-Y3F is a fine combination of traditional workmanship and high technology JVC/Victor features. Foremost of these features is the E-D servo system that controls horizontal arm movement. A coreless linear motor with a horizontal velocity detection system is used to combat resonance which can cause intermodulation distortion. Also featured on the QL-Y3F are the same double servo quartz control system and cog-free coreless DC servo motor design used in our more costly turntables, providing impeccable long-term speed accuracy. Despite all this technology, the QL-Y3F is easy to use thanks to micro-computer controlled fully automatic operation. The micro-computer, a programmed to order LSI, co-ordinates all circuits and controls for error free, fully automatic operation, including platter start, cueing, lead-in, lead-out and end of play shut-off. Fully cleaned and lubricated. Made in Japan Audiotechnica AT-91 cartridge installed with new aftermarket replacement stylus with carbon fiber cantilever and conical diamond tip. Perfect for playing a wide variety of music with excellent results. Description While other turntables use a quartz servo system, the JVC QL-F320 has a Double Servo Quartz control system. It works together with a coreless, cog-free DC servo motor to give you unexcelled speed accuracy. We've also given the tonearm a special touch: it's of low mass design for better tracking, and mounted on a separate subchassis (Independent Suspension system) for better resistance to acoustic feedback. Our high performance motor and quartz control system are fully responsible for the top performance of the QL-F320 - only 0.025% wow and flutter. You'll hear absolutely no audible variations in pitch - even when playing new digitally mastered and direct to disc records. Nearly all records have warps that lead to distortion. The QL-F320 minimizes warp induced distortion with it's new lightweight tonearm. Its higher resonance frequency does not reinforce warp frequencies, so mistracking rarely occurs. Sensitivity and physical strength are also higher - factors often overlooked. In addition, the center of gravity of the tonearm is lower than normal and the pivot fulcrum is located at almost the same vertical height as the stylus tip. This design reduces effective wow and flutter, and improves tracking ability. The tonearm and motor of the QL-F320 are mounted on a separate chassis that floats freely within the cabinet. This improves the turntable's resistance to acoustic feedback; even if the turntable is located near a speaker, the arm and platter remain nearly immune to vibration. Operating the QL-F320 couldn't be simpler; there's never a need to touch the tonearm. Whenever desired, one record side may be repeated continuously by just pressing the Repeat button.
