Used in a clients vacation home for approximately 10 years. Total hours on the original bulb were 3,000. Unit started displaying the two blinking warning lights that suggest there is a fan issue. I replaced multiple fans and the bulb but am having the same issue. Everything in the picture is included, new bulb, extra fans, the power supply and original remote.
