This one really surprised me. Was not expecting too much, but wound up testing it for over an hour, at very high volumes, even flat out at times with very very little distortion. Thats pretty rare to be able to do that. Even Marantz and pioneer start distorting way below max volume. This JVC gave my test speakers a real workout. I usually dont have much to say when describing a low priced amp, but this one deserves more time to do it justice. It does not have its remote, but it is capable of one. One of the sliders has a small piece missing, see photo. If you are looking for a great sounding amp, for small money, this is it. All lights and meters work.
