Vintage JVC 4VR-5456 4-Channel Stereo Receiver sold as is. I believe the fuse is popped, although I am unable to test it. In the display, there is a piece in the front drooped down. This unit is very nice, it just needs someone who could fix it up.

Vintage Receiver JVC 4VR 5445 Breite 58 cm, Tiefe 37 cm, Höhe 15 cm, Gewicht ca. 15 kg Im Prinzip funktioniert das Gerät, aufgrund des Alters von ca. 53 Jahren, biete ich es aber vorsichtshalber als defekt an! Der optische Erhaltungszustand ist wirklich recht gut! (Siehe Bilder). Eigentlich sollte das Gerät von einem Audio-Technik- Liebhaber restauriert werden.Der optische Zustand ist es wert. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, fehlt die originale Abdeckung für den Anschluss einer optionalen Kabelfernbedienung, Die runde hellgraue Abdeckkappe verschließt aber die Öffnung gut und kann lackiert, oder aber gegen eine schwarze ausgetauscht werden. Das Gerät kann mit 110 Volt, aber auch mit 220-240 Volt betrieben werden.Es ist derzeit auf 220-240 Volt eingestellt. Der Netzstecker ist die US-Norm, einen Adapter für unsere deutschen Steckdosen lege ich bei. Wer möchte, kann aber auch das Netzkabel austauschen. Dann wäre auch der deutschen Norm entsprechend, der Schutzleiter vorhanden. Das Gerät wird im Originalkarton versendet. Dazu lege ich den Original-Schaltplan in DIN A3 Größe, und einen Ausdruck in DIN A2 bei. Bedienungsanleitung und Service-Manuel, jeweils in Englisch, findet man kostenlos im Internet. Man sieht deutlich, dass der Aufbau noch deutlich von der Generation der Röhrengeräte inspiriert war, eine Materialschlacht vom Feinsten, eine hervorragende Basis für eine tiefe Revision, aber auch einfach für Menschen, die Spaß haben an solchen Preziosen, eine technische Einschränkung der Nutzung sehe ich nicht. Lustig ist die verwendete Technik, hier wurde auf die 4D-Technik gesetzt, also 4 Endstufen sind verbaut. Kann natürlich auch nur mit 2 Lautsprechern Stereo genutzt werden. Zur 4 D Technik und warum/weshalb/wofürfindet man im web auf HifiEngine beim TYP JVC 5514 die damals kursierenden Unterlagen dazu. Die Verarbeitung ist makellos, beeindruckend ist der Lauf der Equalizer-Steller, völlig spielfrei, Vollmetall, edel. Vermutlich ist das eine Import-Variante, die nicht in D verkauft wurde. Aufgedruckt sind 120Volt auf der Rückseite, über einen Codierstecker unter einer kleinen Blende lässt sich das jederzeit auf die gebräuchlichsten Spannungen abändern, aktuell sind von mir 240V eingestellt.
